What is it about the changeover from February to March? After two weeks of consistent snow and cold weather, this week's turning-of-the-clock also resulted in a change in the weather. You can just sense that spring is in the air, and the weather has been gorgeous all week! The skiing is simply superb... and Mother Nature is setting us up for a fantastic spring season. We hope you are making plans now to be here to enjoy it!

The market continues to experience good activity, up notably from this time a year ago. I remain guardedly optimistic that this will continue through the remaining weeks of the ski season, thus extending our gradual rebound from the past year.

Speaking of the past year, we have recently received the final sales tally for 2009. Please see my Luxury Market Update for a quick synopsis of the raw data. I'll be utilizing this as the basis for a fully updated, year-end market report in the near future.
