With the arrival of February, we're all "strapping in" for the real heart of our ski season ahead. The snow has finally returned and the skiing is great, the recent holidays were absolutely terrific, and there's a sense of "good mojo" all the way around. (Always amazing the effect that a few good snowstorms have on us around here!)
February also traditionally marks the arrival of the heart of our winter selling season in Vail. Buyers return for more extended visits, during which they focus in on real estate and begin to initiate their purchase decisions. Real estate activity over the past holiday season was absolutely terrific, with a number of sizable transactions coming together and now beginning to close as a result. These transactions should help lay the groundwork for continued activity and success over the coming weeks of the season. My bet is that it's going to be a busy eight weeks... hang on!
In closing, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for your continued support, encouragement and trust as we move into the new year.
