Should I sell a property that I have referred, the full referral fee shall be donated to charitable organizations in the Vail Valley. These include Habitat for Humanity, the Salvation Army, and Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival, among others. I NEVER want one of my clients to feel they are being shown a property simply because I will receive a nice referral fee. This solution eliminates the issue, and importantly, provides a way to give back to the community by doing good things for great organizations throughout the Vail Valley.
